Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will be immediately applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the returned shipping date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. For International returns please allow 4-6 weeks from the returned shipping date and 2-3 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
